INSSO does not promote one particular country or consultancy model – we draw on the best the world has to offer….

Unlike some international management consultancies, under pressure to reassign surplus in-house consultants, we work closely with our clients to assemble the best possible international team to ensure we are capable of meeting each project specification or contract tender. If we find that we don’t have all the right skills we will only partner on bids with others who match our needs and standards otherwise we do not bid at all. The point is that we’re only interested in delivering what we’re good at – being the experts on industry and sector-based skills.

We currently work with organisations in INSSO’s eight countries. Our network is growing and we will be adding more countries shortly.

All projects are carried out by our network of global consultant partners who are managed by a small team of professional directors and project staff based in London. Our consultant partners usually work for our member sector skills organisations at senior level or as practitioner experts. Sometimes they are international sector skills experts in their own right. All our consultant partners have to be approved by INSSO before they can be assigned to international work. One of the key advantages of working with INSSO is that we are able to access the most up-to-date industry relevant practice that is benchmarked against international best practice.
