SHAPING THE GLOBAL WORKFORCE
Why we’d like to work with you….
As more countries look to significantly improve their competitive edge and build and sustain growth, they are keen to learn from international best practice to develop their technical and vocational training systems. INSSO’s network of industry skills experts can add real value and impact based on our coverage and experience on a global level. Whether it’s the best approach to mapping occupational competencies to improve workplace productivity or the implementation of apprenticeship models to meet industry’s skills needs, INSSO will gain you access to unrivalled skills experts from our Consultant Partner Network.
INSSO’s competitive advantage is our ability to draw on the expertise of our member sector skills organisations – based across the world. These are the organisations who actually work at developing and building the skills of the workforce of their various countries on a daily basis and thereby, help shape both their national and global workforces. Members of INSSO’s Consultant Partner Network are seen as being the experts and as such are able to receive appropriate financial benefit by working on international assignments with INSSO.
Unlike some international management consultancies, under pressure to reassign surplus in-house consultants, we work closely with our clients to assemble the best possible international team to ensure we are capable of meeting each project specification or contract tender. If we find that we don’t have all the right skills we will only partner on bids with others who match our needs and standards otherwise we do not bid at all. The point is that we’re only interested in delivering what we’re good at – being the experts on industry and sector-based skills.
We guarantee quality at the best possible cost….
We currently work with organisations in INSSO’s eight countries. Our network is growing and we will be adding more countries shortly.
All projects are carried out by our network of global consultant partners who are managed by a small team of professional directors and project staff based in London. Our consultant partners usually work for our member sector skills organisations at senior level or as practitioner experts. Sometimes they are international sector skills experts in their own right. All our consultant partners have to be approved by INSSO before they can be assigned to international work. One of the key advantages of working with INSSO is that we are able to access the most up-to-date industry relevant practice that is benchmarked against international best practice.
